Typography is storytelling. Letters and fonts turn words into stories.

No one should underestimate the emotional power and response to the depicted word.

The way and form how the word is depicted play a considerable role. It attracts attention, moves with emotions, calms and cherishes the body and soul, and can naturally highlight and advertise.

Each letter of the alphabet has its energetic frequency, expressed in its physical form and design.

Stefan Adorján is the creator of Dorithane.

Stefan was born and raised in the southeast of Slovakia in 1977.

After completing his University studies in Kosice, Stefan spent significant periods of his life working and studying in Switzerland, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, and Austria.

Currently, he is attending courses at the New York Institute of Photography.

At the center of his creation are the letters he designed and produced. He loves experimenting with new methods, materials, colors, and subjects which he translates into vibrant images.

With the sophistication of camera equipment today, taking a regular photograph is relatively easy. But creating a photo that will have more impact than others expect - and much greater insight and harnessing of abilities and techniques - is a more complex process.

Stefan Adorján recognizes that a critical technique in his work is seeing and depicting subjects that others might miss and simplifying images to their essential elements.

“As a creator, I am in a constant process of exploration. Experimenting with new and traditional technologies resulted in my most appreciated works.”
